Azueros Peninsula:

“Costa Pedasi” is located in one of the most attractive regions of Panama – the Azueros Peninsula – which is often likened to the picturesque areas of Tuscany in Italy or Guanacaste in Costa Rica.  The area enjoys some of the best and driest weatherin Panama being in a region known as the “Arco Seco” (dry arc).  Rolling hills meet vast expanses of deserted soft sandy beaches, and the coastal roads wind around beautiful cliffs where you’ll see tide pools and a traditional Spanish hacienda every so often.  The dramatic shores and its famous virgin fishing grounds, AKA the “tuna coast”, have brought an exclusive and select number of owners and investors to this area.  The Government has begun building the new $100m international airport in Rio Hato that will bring the drive on the new four lane highway to approximately 2 hours from Pedasi, so it’s certain that the area is literally going to take off!


  A few minutes from our development, Pedasi is one of those small towns in Panama that still has a ‘days gone by’ charm and is a very safe and peaceful fishing and farming community where everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.  Beautifully manicured gardens in front of well maintained colonial style homes, quiet streets with corner grocery stores, and a place where you don’t have to lock your doors.  There are supermarkets, banks, gas stations, several quality local restaurants and a medical centre with English speaking doctors….plus the Government has started building a 23 room hospital with an Emergency Room which will be completed in 2013. Numerous high quality boutique hotels exist in and around the town to suit any budget and taste.  There is a commercial airstrip right in Pedasi town with 55 minute commercial flights between Panama City and Pedasi up tothree times per week.  The town of Las Tablas is only a 30 minute drive where you will find large supermarkets, a greater variety of shops and a larger hospital.  The largest regional town of Chitre is 1 hour away where you can find everything including large car dealerships and even your favorite fast food chains!

Construction of the beach club, community pool and other common amenities will begin by the end of 2013.

Our Lots:

Once you have chosen your Lot we offer ONE YEAR customized interest free stage payments and can introduce you to banks in Panama that can finance the land and home if you need it.  We will help you with all aspects of your purchase and introduce you to excellentEnglish speaking lawyers who will assist you with all your immigration and legal needs.  Allof our Fully Titled Lots are segregated in the Public Register in Panama.

Our Homes:

We can offer a full “turn-key” service for our Model Home designs and introduce you to local builders to build them, or you can build your own custom home using your plans, All on lots with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean!  We can also offer great value furniture and window treatment packages.

We are offering three Spectacular model designs and can be fully customized to suit your taste and budget. Once you visit Costa Pedasi you can tour the actual homes that were built and incorporate your changes into your own custom design, and you can expect to see the high quality that you can get in North American homes.

The final price of your home will depend on the specifications and finishes that you choose.For example, we have clients who invested north of $70k in imported Italian kitchens and their final price per square foot increased significantly.

Having said this, you can expect to build a beautiful home from as little as $90 per square foot, and we will help you along the way with everything including design, permits, negotiating a deal with the builder, closing, etc.

We are 100% committed to building a high quality community development.

We already have a very nice group of owners who have purchased in “Costa Pedasi”, the majority coming from the USA and Canada who are available to talk to if you want. We can put you in touch with banks that lend up to 70% financing (on land and home) for non-residents.  Home Owners fees will be $150 per month when they start – this includes use of the Beach Club facilities, potable and irrigation water to your Lot, 24 hour security, maintenance of all amenities, common areas, roads, street lighting, parks etc.  We can also offer rental management services for your home through our on-site boutique hotel.
